PROCESSING TIME:
Most orders placed before 2 PM PST are shipped same business day. If an order is placed after 2 PM PST, it ships the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 2 PM PST through Sunday ship out Monday. Please allow up to 2 business to process your order.
FREE SHIPPING:
Shipments to all 50 U.S. States including P.O. Boxes qualify for our complimentary USPS Standard free shipping on all orders over $65.00.
Below are estimated shipping times for our STANDARD shipping. This doesn’t include our 2-day processing time.
- California: 1-3 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday)
- Other US States: 3-6 Business Days (Not including Saturday or Sunday)

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:
GRIPONGRIP is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that you placed at no charge.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
When Shipping through USPS, it takes about 1 business day for the tracking information to update on the system. If your tracking information has not updated after 2 days of shipping your order, please contact us.
SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNED ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged product, wrong color or size, GRIPONGRIP will handle the shipping fee for the replacement.
